Mr. Jayanta Ghose is one of the key members in Falcon Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. who holds more than 25 years of experience in the industry in different organizations. B.Tech in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Project & Material Management, Mr. Ghose has undying passion and a vision to make company reach the zenith of success. His strategic planning and execution facilitate the group to meet customer expectations and overcome challenges as well.
With previous experience in dealing in high-rise housing projects ( up to G+45 storied), township projects, premium bungalows, and diversified range of commercial projects including industrial property, logistic park, Green Buildings and many more, Mr. Ghose has an indispensable contribution for the growth of the business.
He also has expertise in construction management, BOQ and BOM, costing, tendering, and budgeting, techno-commercial monitoring, quality assurance and control, quality audit ( as a certified lead auditor), quality survey and contracts management. Moreover, his professional strength and sound domain knowledge enrich Falcon Real Estate and help to hold its leadership in the realty sector.
Passionate by heart and diligent in nature, Mr. Vikrant Gupta heads the Sales & Marketing Department. With more than two decades of experience in sales and marketing genre of real estate, Mr. Gupta has a thorough knowledge and versatile expertise in deal closure, team management, media planning and handling CRM activities.
Previously he has worked in multiple renowned organizations, to name a few Essel Housing, Ansal API, Adel Landmarks Ltd, and Eros Group and now, he has been contributing his proficiency for the development of the organization
